What to include

• What you did and what you expected to happen.
• Your phone model and the browser you use.

A book lookup found nothing

• Check the ISBN: 10 or 13 digits, usually above the barcode on the back cover.
• Some special editions are missing from Open Library and Google Books. Add the book by hand; you can type the title, authors and page count yourself.
• Lookups need a connection. Adding a book by hand works offline.

A new phone

Your books live only on this phone for now. Before you switch, open Settings, Backup, Export backup, and import that file on the new phone.
